Yes. Add a product any time as you grow, or drop one at renewal. Your configuration and pricing adjust to exactly what you are subscribed to — no rip-and-replace, no long lock-in.
Payroll is per employee per month on a tapering scale — ₹50/employee for the first 100, ₹45 for 101–300 and ₹40 for 301–500 — with a minimum of ₹1,000/month. An optional WhatsApp broadcast add-on is billed at ₹0.25 + tax per message. Over 500 employees, talk to sales for enterprise pricing.
Leave and Attendance are each ₹15 per employee per month, with a minimum of ₹500/month. Attendance also offers an optional GPS-based attendance add-on at ₹60 per employee per month for field and on-site teams.
Expense is usage-based and billed per transaction by category: ₹25 for Employee Claims, ₹25 for Vendor Bills, and ₹10 for Petty Cash, with a minimum of ₹1,000/month across all categories. There is no fixed per-employee fee.
Fixed Assets is tiered by asset volume, and each tier includes a set number of users: ₹500/month for up to 200 assets (3 users), ₹1,000 up to 500 assets (5 users), ₹1,750 up to 1,000 (8 users), ₹2,500 up to 1,500 (10 users) and ₹3,500 up to 2,000 (12 users). Additional users are ₹100 per user per month.
Yes. Payroll includes an optional WhatsApp broadcast at ₹0.25 + tax per message, and Attendance offers GPS-based attendance at ₹60 per employee per month. eSign is priced to your signing volume — talk to sales for a quote.
Yes — there is a one-time setup fee that covers onboarding, data migration and configuration. We confirm it upfront in your quote, so there are no surprises later. The recurring prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is added as applicable.
The MSME Pack is our one ready-made bundle for small and mid-sized businesses at ₹2,500/month + GST, with no hidden charges. It includes up to 25 employees, up to 200 fixed assets, up to 5 employees with GPS-based attendance, all core features, and up to 100 WhatsApp messages a month. That ₹2,500 is the recurring subscription fee — if you need higher limits, your monthly subscription scales up accordingly. A one-time implementation fee also applies, equal to 2× your final monthly subscription, billed once at setup.
